Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Sass Products Hub, operated by Tabish Hassan, receives and how it is used. Contact: tabishhassan01998@gmail.com.

1. What I receive

• When you buy: payment is handled by the reseller acting as merchant of record. I never see your card details. I receive your name, email address, country, the product you bought, the price paid and, where the product uses one, a licence key.
• When you email me: your email address and whatever you include in the message.
• This website: it uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The hosting provider (GitHub Pages) may log technical data such as IP addresses for security and operations.

2. What the products do with your data

The products run on your own computer. MLX Caption processes your videos locally on your Mac and does not upload them; it downloads AI models from their official sources during setup. Products that call third-party APIs do so with your own key, directly from your computer, under that provider's privacy policy. I don't receive the content you process.

3. Why I use your data

To deliver your purchase and updates, provide support, handle refunds, and meet legal and tax obligations. I don't sell your data and I don't send marketing email without your consent.

4. Sharing

Only with the payment reseller (to process your order) and service providers needed to run the store, or where the law requires it.

5. Retention

Purchase records are kept as long as needed for support, updates and legal or tax requirements. Support emails are deleted when no longer needed.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion (where I'm not required to keep it) by emailing tabishhassan01998@gmail.com. I reply within 30 days.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with its date.
