Terms of Service

These terms apply to products bought from Sass Products Hub (“we”, “I”), operated by Tabish Hassan, an individual developer based in Pakistan. By buying or using a product you agree to them. Contact: tabishhassan01998@gmail.com.
1. Products and delivery
All products are digital: source code, scripts, templates and a macOS app, delivered as a ZIP download immediately after payment. Product pages describe what each product contains and what it requires (for example a Mac with Apple silicon, Xcode, Python, or your own third-party API key). Please check the requirements before buying.
2. Payments and taxes
Payments are processed by our reseller, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, sales tax and VAT where they apply. Prices are one-time payments in US dollars; there are no subscriptions.
3. Your licence
- You may use a product for your own personal and commercial projects, including client work, and ship what you build with it.
- Starter kits and templates: you may use the code in any number of your own end products. You may not resell, redistribute or share the kit itself, or publish it (or a lightly modified copy) as a template, kit or competing product.
- MLX Caption: you may install it on Macs you own or control. You may not resell, share or redistribute it. Its full licence is included in the download.
- Third-party components (open-source libraries and AI models) are covered by their own licences, listed in each product.
4. Refunds
See the Refund Policy: refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
5. Updates and support
Products may receive updates, which are free for existing buyers. Support is provided by email; I aim to reply within 2 business days.
6. AI-generated output and third-party services
Some products use AI models (for example transcription, translation or text generation). Their output can contain mistakes; review it before you publish or rely on it. Products that call third-party services (such as the Anthropic API) use your own account and key, and those services' terms and charges apply to you.
7. No warranty and limitation of liability
Products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the use of a product. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use the products for anything illegal, to infringe others' rights, or to process content you don't have the right to use.
9. Changes and governing law
I may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new purchases. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
